Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the Practice Hub UK website and service.
This website and the Practice Hub UK service are operated by Practice Hub London Ltd. By accessing this website or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.Who we are
Practice Hub UK provides software for UK accounting practices — practice management, bookkeeping, client accounting, anti-money-laundering compliance and a client portal.
2.Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, creating an account, or using the Practice Hub UK service, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or service.
3.The service
Practice Hub UK is a set of tools that help an accounting practice track client deadlines, manage staff, record time against jobs, bill for work, keep client books, give clients MTD-enabled accounting software, carry out and evidence client AML checks, and give clients portal access. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service. Tools described as "in development" are not yet available and are provided on release.
4.Business use only
Practice Hub UK is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended for accounting practices, firms and professionals. By using it, you confirm you are using it for business purposes and are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation. Because this is a B2B contract, the statutory rights that apply to consumers do not apply to you.
5.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account and those of your staff users. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using it in breach of any applicable law.
7.Subscriptions, pricing & payment
Practice Hub UK is licensed on a per-user, per-month subscription. Prices shown on the website exclude VAT. Billing, renewal and cancellation are governed by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8.Intellectual property
All content, software, branding and materials on this website and in the service are owned by Practice Hub London Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.
9.Your data and your clients' data
Information you provide to us as a customer is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the practice and client data you enter into the service. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor under a separate data processing agreement, and only on your documented instructions.
10.Your professional responsibilities
The service supports your compliance work — it does not discharge it. You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations to HMRC, Companies House, your professional body and your AML supervisor, and for the accuracy of anything you file. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice.
11.Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Deadline tracking and reminders are a tool to assist you; you remain responsible for verifying dates and meeting them.
12.Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of the website or service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
13.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or fees remain unpaid. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the Payment Policy. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
