How the pricing works
- You pay per user, not per client. Growing your client base does not change the bill — growing the team does.
- Start with Practice Manager. Every plan includes it, because deadlines, staff, jobs and timesheets are the foundation the rest builds on.
- Client Portal is an add-on to Practice Manager — included from the Practice plan up.
- Four tools are still in development. Practice and Enterprise plans get them on release at no extra cost.
- Move up whenever you like. Practices commonly start on Starter and change plan as they take on more of the platform.

Is pricing per user or per client?
Per user. Adding clients does not increase what you pay — adding staff seats does.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise is tailored to the firm, so it is quoted rather than listed. Tell us about your practice — offices, staff and which tools you need — and we will price it.
Can I add users later?
Yes. Add seats as the team grows, and change plan whenever the practice needs more of the platform.
What happens with the tools still in development?
Tax Returns, Corporation Tax, the MTD Quarterly Filer and Payroll Centre are in development. Practice and Enterprise plans receive them on release at no additional cost, and we will keep you posted on progress.
Is there a trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a one-month free trial, with no card required. You get the tools on your chosen plan for the full month, and we help you import your client list so you are testing it on real work.
